Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12:00 PM (midday UK time) on the same working day.
Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next business day.

We use [e.g. Royal Mail, DPD, etc.] for all deliveries.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• UK Mainland: 1–2 business days

• Other UK Regions: 2–3 business days
  (Please allow slightly longer for remote or offshore areas.)

Free UK shipping is available on all orders over £100 (excluding VAT).
Orders under this amount will incur a flat shipping fee, shown at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).
